How does ThePawPrintShop work?
It’s simple:
- Upload a photo of your pet
- Choose your preferred design style
- Our artists create your custom pet artwork
- Your design is printed onto your chosen product
- Your order is shipped to you
Every item is made to order and created specifically for you and your pet.
How is my pet design created?
Every design starts with your chosen style — this forms the base brief for your artwork.
From there, our artists create your pet design specifically in that style, ensuring the final piece matches the look and feel you selected while still capturing your pet’s personality.
It can take up to 5 days for our designers to carefully create your custom artwork, as each piece is made with attention to detail and creativity rather than being rushed or mass-produced.
This means your design is always:
- Tailored to your chosen style
- Individually created from your photo
- Crafted with care, detail, and creativity
No two designs are ever the same.
Will my pet look exactly like the photo?
We aim to capture your pet’s personality, features, and charm as closely as possible. However, each design is an artistic interpretation based on your chosen style.
Your pet will always be clearly recognisable, while also being transformed into a unique piece of artwork.
How long does it take?
Each order is made to order and goes through a design process before production begins.
Please allow up to 5 days for your custom artwork to be created. Once the design is complete, your item will move into production and then be shipped.
Production & Shipping Times
At ThePawPrintShop, each order is made to order and goes through a personalised design process before being produced.
We always aim to begin production and dispatch your order as soon as your custom design has been completed. However, please note that due to the made-to-order nature of our products, production and shipping may take up to 10–14 business days in total from the point your design is finished.
While many orders arrive sooner, this timeframe allows us to ensure every item is carefully created, produced, and delivered to a high standard.
Once your order has been shipped and received by the courier, a tracking number will be provided so you can keep an eye on your delivery every step of the way.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we create something special just for you and your pet.
What type of photo should I upload?
For the best results, please upload:
- Clear, high-quality photos
- Good lighting
- A visible face and body
- Minimal blur or filters
The better the photo quality, the better the final design will be.
What products do you offer?
We currently offer personalised designs on:
- Hoodies

- Pillows
- Mugs
- Tote bags
- And more
All products feature your custom pet artwork.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because each item is custom-made, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the design process has started.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We’ll review everything and make sure it’s resolved as quickly as possible.
Will colours look exactly the same as on my screen?
Slight colour variations may occur due to:
- Screen settings
- Device differences
- Printing processes
We always aim to keep the final print as close to your design as possible.
