At ThePawPrintShop, every item is custom-made and personalised specifically for you and your pet. Because each order is uniquely created, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges once production has begun.
We truly want you to love your order, and we will always do our best to help if there is an issue with your purchase.
Personalised & Custom Items
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing selections
- Customer spelling/input errors
- Low-quality or unclear uploaded photos
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Please double-check all details before placing your order.
Design & Production Time
Each design is individually created with care to ensure your artwork feels personal, detailed, and unique to your pet.
Please allow up to 5 business days for the design process before production begins. While many orders may be completed sooner, this time allows our team to carefully create and prepare your custom artwork to the highest standard.
Once your design has been completed, your order will move into production and shipping.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement
- A refund
- Store credit
depending on the situation.
Photo Quality
The final artwork quality depends heavily on the image provided. We recommend uploading clear, well-lit, high-resolution photos where your pet is fully visible.
Please note:
- Blurry or low-quality images may affect the final design
- Screenshots or heavily cropped images may reduce print quality
- Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products
If we believe a submitted image may not produce the best result, we may contact you before production begins.
Shipping Information
Once your order has been dispatched, shipping times are the responsibility of the courier. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Postal services
- Customs processing
- Weather disruptions
- Carrier delays
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot guarantee replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
